This game is nowhere near the level of some of your top tier racing games; Mario Kart. Twisted Metal, Need for Speed, etc. However it is not a bad game and if racing games are your style then I would recommend it... On sale.. nice game !. This game is very similar to the motorstorm games in many ways but also different.It is very fun to play and has a great variety of game modes, vehicles and tracks from deserts to snowy mountains. The AI unfortunately can be too easy at times but later in the game they become more resonable. the control is pretty good and the graphics have a nice style. One interesting addition that is in this game is split screen muloplayer wich I have not seen in many PC racing games. I have not played the original 1nsane so I don't know how great it follows up to it. Overal if you are looking for some good offroad racing fun that you can pick up and play, I recommend it.. I can sum up Insane 2 as a cheap erzatz of Flatout. Very arcade oriented, with races never longer than 10 minutes, generally under 5. Carreer is quite long, and all vehicles are unlockable and upradable during it's course. Physics are okay, although sometimes a bit frustrating (bouncy car / bumpy terrain).No servers, I couldn't try the multiplayer.It has a feeling very different from 1sane (1) ! No deformable vehicles here, and there is no simulation aspect. Go back to the old game id that's what you're looking for !. Like Played this game. this game is a total hoot .. fun and interesting too play i thought it would be boring and cheap looking but i am really enjoying it especially the capture the flag and the rain weather is amazing i give this little game 9/10. A lot better than you think it might be
